- UX Strategy & Persona Mapping: Designed for renters, frequent movers, homeowners with solar limitations (e.g., shaded roofs or HOA restrictions), and sustainability-minded businesses not ready for full solar installation.
- Onboarding Flow: Designed in Salesforce Community Cloud, highlighting transparency and education in REC matching logic.
- Subscription Matching: Enabled subscribers to match fossil fuel use with RECs through two pathways:
- Utility Data Sync: Integrated with Arcadia to securely connect subscribersβ utility accounts, allowing precise fossil fuel balancing based on real-time usage.
- Smart Calculator Option: For users not connecting utility data, provided an alternative using property square footage, appliance assumptions, and regional clean energy datasets (e.g., heating/cooling degree days) to estimate monthly usage and apply REC matching accordingly.
- Impact Reporting: Delivered visual dashboards via Power BI to quantify monthly renewable contributions.
